• Most orders ship within 24-48 hours - weekends and holidays excluded
• UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
• Items ordered together may ship separately
• This promotion is for all products listed on our site, * EXCLUDING SURFBOARDS*
• No promotion code necessary to get free shipping.
• This promotion is only good for items on our online store. This promotion is not good for retail store orders.
• All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping and handling charges.

Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders:

 

• All first time orders over $250.00
• All first time UPS Next Day Air orders
• All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses

 

UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.

All suspect orders are subject to verification - orders will be held until verified - PayPal orders accepted.

• 2-Day Air & Next Day Air shipping methods are available upon selection.
• Hawaii, Alaska, and Military Addresses do not qualify for free UPS Ground.

Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
