We've been the market leaders in surfing wetsuits for over 30 years, and our Elastomax and SlickSkin technologies have set the standard for wetsuits of the future. Our aim in making surfboards, especially handcrafted custom boards, is to fit the board to the surfer to where he wants to go on a wave. The Curl's watch technology is more advanced than one ever thought possible. With a quick glance at your wrist our tide watches let you know what the tide is doing and when. Our Mountainwear is designed to give the surfer ultimate amounts of freedom, while keeping them warm, comfortable and stylish on the snow.
Rip Curl will continue to stick by the grass roots that helped make us the market leader in surfing, but we'll also charge on in to the future and push riding to a new level.

RIP CURL WATCH WARRANTY:
All Rip Curl watches are 100% waterproof tested.
Rip Curl watches have a 5 year limited warranty.
Please remember that your Rip Curl watch warranty is void if the watch is opened with anyone other than the Rip Curl Service Centre. All warranty claims MUST be sent with a purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date. The warranty book is not proof of purchase without a purchase receipt. Eg. A purchase receipt is the cash register receipt or credit card statement clearly showing the purchase. Note: Rip Curl reserves the right to repair or replace, with an equivalent style, any warranty watch.
Rip Curl covers 5 years on Movements from date of purchase. Note: the Movement is the part inside the Rip Curl watch that makes it work, but it does not include the Crown, sometimes called the Winder.
Rip Curl covers 2 years on Waterproof from the date of purchase. Note: we recommend all Rip Curl watches be serviced, resealed and tested for water proofness every two years, as heat temperature changes, salt and other elements will diminish waterproofness over time. Have this done at the Rip Curl Service Centre and we will then issue a new warranty for another 2 years.
Rip Curl covers 1 year on batteries from the date of purchase. Note: Rip Curl's Service Centre can replace all batteries and at the same time will reseal and test the watch functions and waterproofness. We will then issue a new one year warranty on the new battery.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
Glass, band and case. Damage to the Rip Curl watch caused by general wear and tear or any accidental damage.
RIP CURL WETSUIT WARRANTY:
Rip Curl offers a lifetime warranty on all stitching and a 1 year warranty on materials.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs or activities. Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instruction provided with this product. This product when classified as being 2nd hand or it is being sold as a 2nd (it is being sold as a product with existing defects).
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
Wetsuits repaired by other repair service.
There are two ways to use the Rip Curl warranty. Go back to your local Rip Curl dealer, with purchase receipt. Send it back to Rip Curl by certified mail, along with proof of purchase, your Rip Curl wetsuit will be returned quickly as possible free of charge, if covered under warranty.
